Job Description
Help shape the future: Responsible for regional product turnover and consolidated margin, successful launch of new products, effective lifecycle management, and collaboration with other departments (e.g., Technical, Workshop, Sales) to develop business.
Take responsibility: Develop and execute regional product strategy alignment with Headquarters (BU), implement regional pricing, develop and execute regional launch of new products/product programs, represent Product Segment in Sub-region, continuously monitor lifecycle, and report on competitors' activities.
Requirements
Personality: High customer and result orientation, self-motivation and resilience, high degree of initiative, entrepreneurial mindset, structured and self-organized way of working, strong communication & presentation skills, ability to collaborate and influence effectively in a matrix organization, readiness to travel.
Experience and Knowledge: Several years of experience in Automotive Aftermarket, managing technically complex automotive products desirable, good understanding of Automotive Aftermarket distribution channels, behavior and priorities of independent workshops, experienced in MS Office and SAP systems.
Strong analytical skills to analyze data and develop action plans/recommendations.
Qualifications
High degree of technical understanding, ability to manipulate and analyze data quickly and accurately.
Languages: Proficient in Italian (Mandatory) and English (written and spoken).
Educational Background: Degree in business administration or engineering studies desirable.
