The staff under his supervision is composed by hired employees and external sales representatives. You will manage a designated region/area in the North Italy in order to achieve revenue, profit targets and client satisfaction. Ensure that team members gain the necessary skills to perform their respective job responsibilities. Achieve company sales and financial targets in line with current strategy. The role reports directly to the Commercial Director in Italy.Key responsibilities include:Ensure key financial performance milestones (e.g., revenue and profitability) are achieved and provide regular feedback on the financial performance of the project.Maximize profitability by ensuring brand objectives and customer requirements / needs are achieved.Manage staff in accordance with organization’s policies and applicable regulations. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance and guiding professional development; rewarding and guiding team members; addressing relations issues and resolving problems.Participate in the selection process for new staff by conducting candidate review and participating in the interviewing process. Conduct on-boarding training for new staff in conjunction with Human Resources. Cover vacancies in his area should it be necessary and for necessary period.Ensure that staff have the proper materials, systems access and training to complete job responsibilities.
