Job Title: Sales Account Manager
Amazon Ads operates at the intersection of advertising and ecommerce, offering advertisers innovative solutions across Amazon's websites, devices, and platforms. Effective advertising enhances customer experience and generates a positive return on investment for partners.
The Not Endemic team requires a Sales Account Manager to work with advertisers and agencies across Finco, Telco, Travel, Entertainment, Banking industries. This role involves creating and executing advertising strategies to drive incremental revenue and grow advertisers' investment in Amazon Ads solutions.
Sales Account Managers consult clients to define objectives and develop advertising strategies that meet their goals. They use data-driven insights to enrich advertisers' understanding of campaigns and business performance. Collaborating closely with internal teams drives advertiser success.
This client-facing role demands strong sales, presentation, and analytical skills to maximize campaign performance and drive renewal and revenue opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve revenue targets while managing complex advertiser relationships.
* Owning and growing existing client revenues that may expand regionally.
* Collaborating effectively with partner teams sharing common goals.
* Thriving in ambiguous situations.
* Becoming an expert on Amazon advertising solutions.
* Solving ambiguous problems and identifying/mitigating risks before becoming roadblocks.
* Creating media plans and complex advertising strategies.
* Developing new insights from first-party and third-party research.
* Providing in-depth data analysis and actionable recommendations for future campaigns.
Basic Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree required.
* Extensive experience in selling digital advertising.
* Annual brand planning and media planning capabilities.
* Experience in analyzing data, creating new insights, and compelling narratives for clients.
* Sales experience in the advertising industry.
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
* Advanced English and Italian language proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
