Utilize data (including data collection, analysis, and interpretation) to understand talent challenges and trends, and provide insights to business stakeholders for data-based action and decision making.
How you'll make an impact:
1. Lead HR analytics projects including defining key metrics to develop executive dashboards and providing interpretation/analysis on talent data. Design graphics and reports that clearly communicate key insights drawn from data.
2. Analyze talent and business outcomes data to identify relationships and trends; interpret data and communicate noteworthy findings to Business and HR leaders. Engage in regional Workforce Planning cycle including activities in collaboration with cross functional and/or matrix teams.
3. Provide regional input into design of dashboards (e.g. turnover, TDR) and strategic analytics. Recommend and implement continuous process improvements.
4. Develop analytical models and analyze critical HR business objectives utilizing and determining the appropriate statistical techniques and/or predictive modeling to answer talent-related questions for HR partners.
5. Develop and document workforce analytics processes and procedures.
What you'll need:
Bachelor's Degree in related field; experience in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or Data Analytics is preferred but not required.

5. Moderate knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures and guidelines relevant to Workforce Analytics.

9. Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
10. Ability to work in a team environment, including inter-departmental teams and representing the organization on specific projects.
11. Ability to build productive internal/external working relationships.
12. Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control.
