We've come a long way since our founding in 2016 by mechanical engineers Andrea Daminelli and Giacomo Zenoni, who revolutionized the EV charging sector with the first conductive automatic charger prototype, DazePlug. Our smart charging system, DazeBox, has been commercialized in various countries and we aim to expand throughout Europe by 2024.

Your Role:
As a Business Developer for the DACH Area (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), you'll join Daze's Marketing Department within a dynamic team of 13 industry professionals.
You will be responsible for:
* Generating New Leads: Conduct research to identify potential clients and generate leads effectively. You'll engage in cold calling, email outreach, and other proactive methods to initiate conversations with potential clients, aiming to qualify leads and spark interest in our products and services.
* Building Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, delivering exceptional customer service, responding to specific product questions, and building trust and rapport.
* CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system, ensuring appropriate follow-up and effective sales process management.
* Team Player: Work closely with the marketing team to align efforts, share information, and refine lead generation strategies. You'll also collaborate with the sales team on managing sales activities.
The Profile We're Looking For:
You're currently pursuing studies in Business, Languages, or similar fields. You're proactive and comfortable engaging daily with clients who have diverse needs. You're interested in the electric vehicle (EV) sector and eager to explore this new market. Fluency in German is required; speaking French is a plus.
