This role is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of growth, strategy, and operations across a diverse portfolio of software businesses. You will act as the main point of contact for our portfolio companies, supporting their organic and inorganic growth, helping unlock synergies, and driving long-term value creation.What You’ll Do:Act as a trusted advisor to portfolio leadership teams, supporting day-to-day operational excellenceDrive performance by monitoring KPIs and identifying opportunities for growth and efficiencyCollaborate with founders and GMs on strategy, growth, product, and hiringExplore synergies across the portfolio and support MA integration effortsAssist in hiring key talent and nurturing leadership within portfolio companiesPartner with our internal teams (product, finance, growth) to accelerate value creationWhat We’re Looking For:4+ years of experience in high-growth tech (scale-ups, SaaS), strategy consulting (preferably in the tech division), operational executive roles (Product, Sales or Strategy), or in the value creation team of a Private Equity or serial software acquirerA proven track record of working cross-functionally to deliver resultsStrong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholdersFluent in English; a second European language is a plusRole based in Milan or London with regular travel required.
