Our client in Boone NC is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the Property Management Team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, self-motivated and able to problem solve which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Boone NC
Pay Range: $17/hour
What’s the Job?
* Working knowledge of HVAC
* Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and technology setup
* Use of power tools
* Conduct virtual guest maintenance requests, and meet and greet
* Be able to service hot tubs
What’s Needed?
* Must be able to multitask
* Must have valid driver's license with a clean driving record
* 3-5 years of related experience
* Must be a steady, reliable worker and self-motivated
* Must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of employees and guests.
