Nature and aim of the position It is a field sales position responsible to manage the customer’s portfolio assigned with the main objective to create all the preconditions for the stores to deliver the best performance.
Main duties and responsibilities
Improve client’s knowledge and expertise with our services by providing trainings to client's staff
Offer intensive support including product instructions.
Constant communication with customers to increase the level of meeting their needs and satisfying expectations
Proactive development and management of business relationships at store level
Achieve sales targets taking corrective action when result materially deviates from expected
Action plans and in-Store visits in line with the company’s strategy
Processing and presentation of business statistics and insights
Guarantee the optimal execution of in-store promotional plans and activities, according to the defined plan
Deliver to the stores the activities have been agreed with the customer
Document in CRM all client’s specific information and activity done.

Background and Education
University degree is a plus
1 - 2 years’ sales experience
Trade Marketing background and Services or Retail field knowledge will be a plus
