Job Description:
The Business Analyst is a data-driven professional who analyzes business processes, cases, user data, and feedback to improve the product continuously. They ensure that the product team and development teams work on the correct features in the right way.
The Business Analyst acts as a liaison between the Product business people and the development team, asking all the right questions to define the 'definition of done' for each feature before development starts. To achieve this, they understand both sides of the coin and can translate business requirements into coding requirements.
This team focuses on harmonizing communication and improving the quality and relevance of our engagement with talents and clients using data. They build durable global communication flows that add business value to either the talent or client lifecycle.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Analyzing business needs, processes, and data to define new solutions
* Facilitating agile and scrum working methods, helping with implementation, e.g., organizing demos
* Designing, implementing, maintaining new services, processes, standards, tools, and reporting
* Working across projects, from new digital products to responsive, multi-platform digital services
* Collaborating with end-users, other analysts, CoE colleagues, and suppliers to design services throughout the product life cycle
* Providing practical solutions to clients and regular progress updates to team members
Your Background:
To be successful in this role, you should have an academic background and operational experience in our industry (e.g., as a recruiter). You should also have at least 5 years of work experience in a digital, multinational environment and a proven track record with analysis on behalf of customer experience.
Achieving these goals requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong collaborative interpersonal skills, and strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Additionally, you should have a keen interest in digital trends and how they impact people and businesses.
