Position Summary
Schedule services for individuals and large groups using spa/salon reservations software system.
Confirm scheduled services by calling guests and answering questions about available services.
Update the reservations/cancellations list throughout the day and inform providers of last-minute changes to resolve scheduling issues as needed.
Work with supervisor/manager to address any scheduling conflicts that may arise.
Check in guests for appointments, confirm first and last name, and provide general spa orientation to guests upon arrival.
Promote and sell spa/salon services to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
Process guest payments for spa/salon services and obtain payment authorization as needed.
Acknowledge all guests according to company standards and anticipate and address their service needs.
Speak with others using clear and professional language and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards to ensure exceptional guest experiences.
This role requires standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods of time and moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
Additional responsibilities may include performing other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications
* Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
* Related Work Experience: Less than 1 year related work experience.
* No supervisory experience required.
* No license or certification necessary.
