Role: Global IT Business Partner – Supply Chain, Production, Planning, Logistics and Manufacturing, MS DynamicsSalary: €40K-€50K, Bonus & BenefitsLocation: Milan, Italy – including Remote Working with International Travel Global IT Business Partner – Supply Chain A Global IT Business Partner – Supply Chain is required by a prominent international consumer goods group to lead IT business engagement and technology partnering across their growing Global Supply Chain channels. You will develop a leading-edge Supply Chain capability to help shape and inform the strategy and execution across Production, Planning, Logistics and Manufacturing channels globally. Building an effective Supply Chain and implementation of ERP systems.The Global IT Business Partner – Supply Chain will be responsible for:Lead project delivery of ERP and other application systems solutions including any configuration, customisations, and integrations working with internal teams and external vendors.Take ownership of defining the technology roadmap, working with the relevant stakeholders to identify opportunities for any system improvements. Create a strong business relationship with the Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams to ensure delivery against the roadmap and business objectives.Lead implementation projects for the Supply Chain function from inception through to delivery covering Production & Planning, Logistics & Manufacturing.Provide subject matter expertise on ERP system and recommend best practices for Supply Chain processes.The Global IT Business Partner – Supply Chain will ideally have the following experience:Extensive IT Business Partnering or Project Management experience gained in Enterprise-scale, International environments in major FMCG or Retail companies, allied sectors, or IT consultancy.Proven in managing complex, global technology projects in line with ITIL methodologies across Supply Chain and ERP Solutions (MS Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP).Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, global organisation and drive Ecommerce business value realisation from the data and technology roadmapProven working experience working on Supply Chain processes with a good knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics, and their functionalities in the Supply Chain domain – knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is considered a plus.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality results.This role is a Perm role with a hybrid working model based out of an office in Milan offering a competitive salary with bonus and benefits.
