About the Role
We are seeking an experienced B2B sales professional with a strong ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with major retail chains, wholesalers, independent stores, and other companies. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of international market development and fluency in English.
Responsibilities
* Manage and develop relationships with key B2B clients in various export markets, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Develop and implement sales strategies based on market trends, company, and client needs.
* Oversee order management, documentation, and logistics processes, coordinating deliveries and ensuring smooth collaboration with internal teams.
* Prepare and manage commercial offers, contracts, and other documentation, ensuring compliance with company and client requirements.
* Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with finance, logistics, and marketing teams to enhance customer service.
* Monitor market changes and competitive landscape, adapting client development strategies accordingly.
* Prepare reports and analysis, providing management with insights on client performance and growth opportunities.
Requirements
* At least 3–5 years of experience in key account management in export markets, preferably in Specialty Food goods.
* Proven experience working with major retail chains/wholesalers and an understanding of their business operations.
* Experience in sales operations processes, including order management, contracts, and documentation.
* Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes in an international environment.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
* Fluency in English.
