You will join the 'Organization & Compliance' direction, which deals with activities related to the implementation and updating of the Group's Compliance Management System and the management of the Group's e-learning platform. Your Responsibilities Include: Managing and maintaining the internal Learning Management System (e.g., Docebo or another e-learning platform); Creating a detailed storyboard for the appearance of an online course and the interactions to be included; Developing training materials and support resources for training courses that incorporate multimedia elements in various formats (e.g., audio, video, screencast, gamification, scenarios, simulations); Must Have: Knowledge of the LMS Docebo; Good basic IT skills; Good skills and abilities in using PowerPoint; Valuable prior experience in creating digital content (audio, video, graphics, etc., info-training videos, graphic templates, SCORM courses); Valuable prior attendance in courses like 'Instructional Design'; Bachelor's degree and/or master's degree in scientific or humanities disciplines; Important Soft Skills: We are looking for a person with problem-solving skills, proactive, willing to share their experience with more junior figures, as well as flexible and motivated.
