Job Description
We are a well-established logistics company based in Piedmont, with over 30 years of experience in transportation and logistics.
We are seeking two operational staff members for our transport office.
The main duties will be:
· Coordinating and monitoring cargo transportation operations to ensure timely delivery;
· Managing shipments and scheduling deliveries;
· Checking the status of vehicles used for transportation, evaluating fuel consumption, and identifying potential issues;
· Effectively communicating with drivers and other team members to guarantee correct transportation operations;
· Assisting customers by responding to queries and resolving any issues that may arise.
Required skills and qualifications:
· Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills;
· Ability to work as part of a team;
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
· Attention to detail and utmost seriousness;
· Good knowledge of PC use and email management.
This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday.
