Daze was founded in 2016 by mechanical engineers Andrea Daminelli and Giacomo Zenoni, who aimed to revolutionize the EV charging sector by creating the first conductive automatic charger prototype, DazePlug. Over the years, Daze has evolved, commercializing DazeBox, a smart charging system for electric vehicles in various countries, and aiming to expand throughout Europe by 2024.
Job Description
You will be responsible for generating new leads, building relationships with prospective clients, maintaining accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system, and working closely with the marketing team to align efforts and refine lead generation strategies.
* Generating New Leads: Conduct research to identify potential clients and generate leads effectively, building a solid customer portfolio through various channels.
* Building Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients, delivering exceptional customer service, responding to specific product questions, and building trust and rapport.
* CRM Management: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system, ensuring appropriate follow-up and effective sales process management.
Requirements
* Pursuing studies in Business, Languages, or similar fields.
* Proactive and comfortable engaging daily with clients who have diverse needs.
* Interest in the electric vehicle (EV) sector and eager to explore this new market.
* Fluency in German; French is a plus.
