Junior Product Manager G21 is looking for a passionate and driven Junior Product Manager to join our team. This role will report to the Sales Manager and support the Sales Team in developing and enhancing our orthopedic and spine solutions, ensuring the success of our products in the market. The selected candidate will assist in the execution of product strategies, from conception to market launch, working closely with all departments to ensure the product's performance and relevance in the market. We are looking for a candidate with these characteristics: Bachelor's degree (preferably in disciplines such as CTF, Biology, engineering, or other relevant). Prior experience as a trainer or in a similar role, with in-depth knowledge of the products/services offered by the company. Hands-on experience with the company's products and/or services, preferably from a technical or business perspective. Familiarity with training software and e-learning tools, which may include platforms for creating and managing courses. Ability to create training materials such as manuals, video tutorials, PowerPoint presentations, etc. Experience in managing learning groups and interacting with different audiences. Presentation skills : being able to capture attention and stimulate interest, even in distance or virtual training situations. Adaptability in teaching method, depending on the audience's level of knowledge and learning mode.
