Job Purpose
The Receptionist is responsible for the reception of visitors in compliance with security procedures, and for various administrative back-office activities. This person will manage the back-office activities in line with company procedures and guaranteeing respect for the image of the structure in terms of efficiency, precision and quality standards.
Responsibilities
* To answer the switchboard and divert the various calls as needed;
* To perform receptionist services for visitors, employees, and candidates;
* To manage deliveries, paper mail and packages;
* To explain and apply safety policies to external visitors;
* To support in the organization of special meetings or visits;
* To support company car fleet operations (orders, pick up, returns);
* To proactively support the Ops Manager in daily activities;
* To manage the ordering of stationery, office supplies, badge requests and catering;
* To support the HR department in back office activities (operational management and update of the attendance system, monitoring and operational management of anomalies, T&A).
Personal Profile
* Previous experience in a structured company is a plus;
* Good computer skills and knowledge of relevant software such as Ms Office suite;
* Strong sense of responsibility, precise, and able to handle stress;
* Customer orientation;
* Fluent in Italian and English;
* Organised and efficient;
* Team player;
* Analytical & problem solver;
