Responsibilities:
* Manage bus operations for spectators, ensuring reliable, sustainable, and efficient transportation services to and from all Olympic venues.
* Determine service levels of bus services in collaboration with host territories and local authorities.
* Develop and manage the work plan of the Bus Operation Spectator team, including managing deadlines and workloads.
* Interface with other functional areas within the Transport Department to verify progress and availability of bus routes, parking, and stopping facilities.
* Collaborate with City Operations and Event Delivery Entities to ensure seamless transport activities across different Olympic clusters.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual with excellent communication skills to join our team as a Bus Operation Spectator Manager.
Key qualifications include:
* Minimum 7 years of experience in public or private transport, preferably with knowledge of mobility and transport operations during large-scale events.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing environments.
* Strong organizational and leadership skills, with experience in managing relations with local authorities and entities.
* Fluent English language skills (C1 level or equivalent) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
