GRAPHIC & WINDOW DESIGNER
At Diesel Headquarters located in Breganze (Italy), we are looking for a creative Graphic and Window Designer, who will be placed within the Shopping Experience department. The role will be responsible for the design and implementation of the creative concepts for all WW Window installation activities of the brand Diesel.
The role’s main responsibilities are:
1. Create innovative window designs to increase brand visibility, improve customer perception about the brand, and bring traffic to the stores;
2. Develop window installation activities, creating briefings and renderings, liaising with the purchase office and suppliers, and implementing the concept design across Diesel WW windows;
3. Follow up on the prototyping phase and production to achieve the best possible execution, getting full ownership of the process from initial briefing to final delivery;
4. Partner with the Visual Merchandising department to plan and execute window installation activities, as well as the creative visual aspects of special events, store openings, and other store initiatives;
5. Develop seasonal and special windows, pop-ups, pop-ins, and special brand projects;
6. Manage and follow up the budget available to understand how creativity can be executed;
7. Develop graphic designs to support stores in terms of communication, lightboxes, etc.;
8. Work with project managers to develop prototypes, samples, and source new materials.
Main Interfaces:
1. HQ Visual Merchandising and Interior Design teams;
2. HQ & Regional Marketing teams;
3. External creative agencies.
What requirements you need to have:
1. About 5-6 years of experience in a similar role; knowledge of the fashion industry is a much-appreciated plus;
2. Be highly creative, interested in visual arts/graphic communication and fashion, always up to date with what’s new;
3. Feel confident working in teams and be goal-oriented, precise, and committed;
4. Excellent knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), AutoCAD, and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp);
5. Knowledge of KeyShot, Rhino, and AI generative programs to develop projects in 2D and 3D;
6. Knowledge of main materials, finishing, and processing to achieve the required results in line with budget and timing;
7. Fluency in both spoken and written English.
