Our client is seeking a General Production Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a safety-conscious mindset, and teamwork skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Shift: 10:40PM - 7:00AM
Location: IA, Centerville
Pay Range: $17.08 per hour
What’s the Job?
* Operate assigned machinery/equipment and physically load/unload materials.
* Follow safety policies and use required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
* Perform visual inspection of products to ensure quality.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area.
* Adhere to operational procedures and supervisor instructions.
What’s Needed?
* Little to no prior manufacturing experience required.
* Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
* Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
* High school diploma or GED preferred.
* Ability to follow safety guidelines and operate machinery in a safe manner.
