Brief Call : Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study : Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

In qualità di IT Support Specialist, avrai un ruolo chiave nel supporto tecnico onsite, contribuendo alla gestione, configurazione e manutenzione dei sistemi IT per i nostri clienti nel settore Manufacturing .
Your missions
* Fornire supporto tecnico onsite 3 giorni a settimana presso il sito di Rieti.
* Supportare l’integrazione e la manutenzione di dispositivi e sistemi di networking e host .
* Intervenire in caso di problemi tecnici, garantendo un efficace troubleshooting .
* Contribuire alla gestione e al deploy dei sistemi operativi .
* Supportare il team nella globalizzazione di nuovi prodotti IT su più siti.
* Collaborare con il Team Client e il Team Manager per l’ottimizzazione dei processi IT.
* Integrare e gestire soluzioni di backup e imaging con Acronis per endpoint fisici.
* Gestire dispositivi specifici del mondo engineering e automation (es. configurazione di PLC in rete).
Your profile
* Esperienza pregressa in ambito IT, con focus su sistemi operativi e networking .
* MUST HAVE : conoscenza del mondo Manufacturing .
* Conoscenza della lingua Italiana ed Inglese.
* Competenze tecniche :
o Conoscenza base di Citrix .
o Esperienza nella gestione di backup e imaging con Acronis .
o Capacità di troubleshooting per hardware/software.
o Configurazione e manutenzione di dispositivi per engineering & automation .
