Evidilya, the dedicated Contract Research Organization of Sprim Health Group operates as a full-service international expertise in successfully developing and managing observational, pre-clinical and clinical trials, is looking for a:Business Development Specialistto join our team in Milan.Main responsabilities:Manage leads generation process, establish first contact with prospect clients and organize first meetings with them to introduce Evidilya.Perform market analysis, keep update on the market trends and monitor the competitors’ strategy.Take part to all the steps of the new clients acquisition process: from attending the first meetings with prospect clients to collect data and needs, support the development of proposals (ppt presentations, agreements, etc.) to the finalization of the collaboration.Support the business development and sales strategy.Manage and update Evidilya CRM, developing reports on the status of the new client acquisition process.Work closely with Design & Tech and Marketing Departments to develop DEMRequired skills:Scientific Degree (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Physical and Natural Sciences)Previous experience (2 years) in sales and/or business development in international contest.Fluent in English (C1)Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skillsProven knowledge of healthcare industry and/or CRO,Ability to work in challenging and demanding environmentStrategic and innovative approachAccurate, attention to details and business goals oriented.Candidates are invited to send their curriculum vitae and Cover letter authorizing the processing of personal data pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) no. 2016/679 ("GDPR")
