About the role:
We are looking for an Internal sales/Sales Specialist in our PC, peripheral and infrastructural servicesbusiness unit.The person will be focused and responsible for services and products (gruppi di continuità), providing,sellingandnegotiating product information, pricing, special offers and promotions and closing orders.
The person we are looking for is able to sell thebenefits of using TD SYNNEXand the Company value proposition and able to develop partner relationship (incl. account planning, cross-selling etc.)
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
1. Build Excellentcustomerandvendor sales relationshipsthrough proactive engagement
2. Generatenew business opportunitiesby planning outbound calls to customers, having conversations about our solutions, and identifying opportunities.
3. Engage inactive inside sellingby gathering relevant internal and external customer information.
4. Managecustomer backorderalong specialist knowledge and engages in “intelligent project fishing”.
5. Manage ofend-to-end projectsor hands over to presales for technical requirements
6. Generate andown a pipeline of dealsin TD SYNNEX’s CRM system and ensure active closure of opportunities.
Knowledge Skills and Experience
7. 3-5 years of experience in techincal/services sales
8. A knowledge ofinfrastructure products and services, or technical electricity products and services, or IT industry knowledge would be desirable but not essential
9. Numerate with goodattention to detail
10. Excellenttelephone mannerand Effective Communication Skills
11. Priority management and planning skills
12. Strive to achieveset targets
13. UnderstandsSales Process
14. Ideal candidates will have previous experience ofIT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM
15. Fuent in Italian and English
