Job Overview: Due to our continuous growth, we seek a dynamic Account Executive to join our Italian entity and establish lasting relationships with our biggest clients. Your main objective will be to understand their focus and anticipate their needs.
* Actively prospect a portfolio of potential clients
* FOLLOW UP AND DEVELOP A PORTFOLIO OF CUSTOMERS BY SELLING NEW SOLUTIONS AND SERVICES
* Organize answers to tenders and write commercial proposals in close collaboration with internal departments
* Develop relationships with integrator/vendor partners
* Ensure sales profitability and achieve sales targets
* Develop good relationships within the retail industry, at the highest level
* Participate in client events or trade shows
* Assist marketing in the development of business cases or communications / customer stories
Ideal Candidate: The ideal candidate will have:
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business or related discipline
* 4/5 years of experience in a similar position selling complex hardware and software solutions
* Proven track record in attaining/exceeding account management and sales goals
* Knowledge of the retail industry is an asset
* Ability to understand clients needs and add value
* High level of personal drive and proactive work methods
* Good negotiation skills
* Ability to prioritize strategic tasks
