OverviewWe are currently looking for an engaged and passionate Warehouse Operations Specialist who can join the HQ logistics team at the Moncler Group HQ in Milan.Your ImpactAs part of the HQ logistics team, you will hold a corporate position, working closely with key departments to ensure the consistent execution of HQ logistics operations.The Day-To-DayOversee the receiving, storage, planning of the logistics flows from and to HQ Milan locations, including the picking, packing, loading and transfer of goods.Plan and coordinate the timing of item movements in relation to the company's departmental needs.Manage relationships with various company departments to ensure the proper movement of items for dedicated activities.Accurately register inventory, shipment, and operation data in the system, generating and managing reports if required.Monitor order deliveries and handle the related documentation for both domestic and international shipments.Manage return of goods from external ensuring accuracy in inventory management.Qualification4 years of experience working within Logistics Department in Luxury BrandExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationshipsStrong ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments, fostering a synergistic and productive work environmentAbility to work with initiative and independence with set guidelinesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesProficiency in using computers and essential software toolsGood knowledge English e ItalianMotivated with a ‘can-do' attitude to problemsExcellent attention to detailsWould Appreciate a Person that isInterested in the Logistics operations in Fashion Luxury industry and knowledgeable about warehouse operating processes.
