Trillium Pumps Italy is looking for a Regional Sales ManagerAs a Regional Sales Manager at Trillium Flow Technologies, you will spearhead sales initiatives for our centrifugal pumps (both API and Non-API) across diverse industries, including oil and gas, renewable energy, traditional power, mining, water and wastewater management, desalination, and general industry. Your role will be pivotal in expanding our market presence and driving growth within the specified regions. Primary focus will be on Oil and Gas and Water Transmission.Areas: Center and Eastern Europe (Germany, Benelux, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Poland)ResponsibilitiesRole tasks include but not limited to:Identify market opportunities and drive growth initiatives for a business size of $10M to $15M revenue booking or exceed.Develop and execute sales strategies for the oil and gas, water transmission, desalination, and power sectors.Promote and sell centrifugal pumps, covering a range from low to high energy solutions.Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC customers and stakeholders in the region.Obtain and maintain in strict cooperation and coordination with Application, Supply Chain and Project team to avail necessary support to secure business.Obtain and maintain in strict cooperation with Marketing, registrations and qualifications with Clients based or operating in the Area Develop and maintain close and good relationship with Key Accounts operations located in the Area (in cooperation with Key Account Managers when the case). Develop and maintain, wherever deemed useful and in compliance with Group rules and procedures, a network of Territory Agents and/or Distributors, aimed at supporting low energy ready to offer new equipment sales. Explore, in cooperation with other Trillium Group Companies the possibility of leveraging synergy and expansion in the assigned Area promote in cooperation with the Aftermarket Team the sales of spare parts and services in the assigned Area. obtain, anticipate and exchange information on Projects being developed or planned in the Area providing intelligence and follow up to the other commercial functions (i.e. Projects Sales Team etc.)Coordinate with the post order Project Management Team and other functions providing support whenever required in order to maintain good relationship, communication and image with the Clients during the execution of the orders. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.3 to 5 years of experience in regional sales, particularly in the rotating equipment sector.Knowledge of business law and contract terms is essential.Fluency in English, both written and verbal. Arabic and Italian is an added advantage.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proven problem-solving abilities and high self-motivation.Ability to work under pressure and a willingness to travelComputer Skills:Database, Order Processing, Project Management, Spreadsheet, Word Processing
