Sentinel Diagnostics, a leader in IVD Diagnostic Kits for Clinical Chemistry, Immunology, and Molecular Diagnostics, is seeking a:
STRATEGIC PRODUCT MARKETING OEM
* Support the sales process by developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new B2B products.
* Create and manage programs to generate demand.
* Be an expert on the market, including competitors, customers, and end-customers.
* Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product development and positioning.
* Align account products strategy with Sentinel's products roadmap.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product positioning and messaging.
* Monitor and report on product performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Define market price corridors.
* Develop positioning and messaging to differentiate products in the market.
* Communicate the proposition to Sales, highlighting why customers should buy.
* Create sales enablement materials and train sales teams on product features and benefits.
Requirements
* Scientific degree.
* 5 years of sales experience in B2B sales channels operating in the MEDICAL PRODUCT regulated field (FDA approval and CE mark) or CDMO.
* Good knowledge of English.
* Preferable experience in market research and analysis.
* Preferable ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies.
* Strong understanding of buyer personas and customer journeys.
* Expertise in creating compelling product messaging.
* Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
* Preferable ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (optional).
* Willingness to travel for business.
