About the Role
You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service and attention to our Guests as a member of our restaurant team. This includes describing food and beverage selection to our Guests, closing Guest checks and providing an attentive experience.
Your Responsibilities
* Manage commis de rang, Demi-chef de rang, trainees and apprentices.
* Carry trays correctly, clear and straighten tables.
* Know the menu and Chef's suggestions.
* Describe products and their preparation.
What We Are Looking For
* The ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
* Fluency in French and English.
