This will allow the successful candidate to make a significant impact and truly play a part in the development and success of the Italian business moving forwards. The individual must have a solid background in business development, account management, and field sales experience. He will work within the TP-LINK distribution team and have good knowledge of the VAR and Distribution channel. Key Job Role and Responsibilities: Manage and grow relationships with local or national distributors, sub-distributors, or key partners, ensuring long-term business to reach the company’s target. Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction. Ability to find possible new distributors/partners and fully develop the business potential. Negotiate contract/conditions with distributors/partners, develop dedicated promotions plans, and marketing activities to maximize value for both company and customers. Monitor market trends, competitors, and market opportunities to refine business strategies. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, and customer support) to deliver customized solutions. Provide regular reports on distributor performance, feedback, and market insights. Desired Skills and Experience: Minimum 2-3 years experience in brand management in distribution, or 2-3 years experience in account management with vendors, preferably in the ITC industry. Knowledge of the IT distributors world or main IT chain steps involved in the sales process will be preferred. Business trips are required for managing and developing customers. Must be competent and efficient on personal computer; possess ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Bachelor's Degree is required. Must have excellent and effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, both orally and written. Fluent English is required.
