The Administrative Assistant role is a key position within Fingen S.p.A., responsible for managing daily administrative support activities.
About the Role
This figure guarantees that bureaucratic and documentary operations are accurately and efficiently addressed, supporting the team in various areas such as accounting, practice management, and other administrative functions.
Responsibilities
* Financial Operations: Checking invoice validity, supplier accounting, paying invoices to suppliers, recording economic and financial movements.
* Tax Compliance: Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on tax requirements, checking impact on VAT and direct income tax items, and performing related calculations.
* Accounting and Invoicing: Issuing invoices, entering issued invoices, verifying timely payments from clients, and sending reminders for overdue invoices.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in hospitality operations, excellent interpersonal skills, and a team-oriented approach.
* High school diploma, preferably in business or administration, with previous experience in administrative roles.
* Basic knowledge of cost accounting and proficiency in major administrative management software, such as Opera.
* Organizational skills, attention to detail, fluency in English and Italian, flexibility, and stress management.
