Posizione
The candidate will have the commercial and strategic development responsibility for the Pharma & Life Science sector in the Italian and international markets, consistently aligned with the Company's value proposition. The international development of Italian clients is part of the short-term growth strategy. The candidate will report to the CEO and actively collaborate with the Group's management team, including the international team.
The main workplace is in Milan.
Specifically, the candidate will have the following responsibilities:
1. Promote and develop the Company's value proposition as a key player in digital transformation in the CX, Digital, and CRM fields by developing the current customer base and acquiring new clients in the Pharma & Life Science sector.
2. Support the sale of professional, technological, and operational services in the offering, enhancing the company's references and capabilities in CX consulting, CX Design, CX Technology/AI & RPA, and CX Operation.
3. Ensure the governance of services and active projects with constant collaboration and synergy with the Service Lines involved in delivery.
4. Contribute to the development of a positioning strategy for the Pharma & Life Science market in Italy and abroad.
5. Operate in accordance with the plans and strategies approved by the board, and the company's current policies and procedures.
Requisiti
6. Approximately 7 years of experience in business development activities for consulting and tech services in CRM, Digital transformation, and Customer Experience, primarily selling transformative projects.
7. Proven experience in the Pharma & Life sector.
8. Strong interest in Digital and blending Digital-CRM issues and new technological trends (AI, RPA, Cloud, Design, Marketing automation, Big Data).
9. Proven negotiating and selling experience in complex technological services.
10. Plus experience in selling BPO services in the Pharma & Life Science world.
11. Excellent English proficiency, knowledge of another language is appreciated.
12. Excellent communication and relationship skills.
13. Strong focus on results and sales.
14. P&L management skills.
15. Master’s degree in economics, engineering, marketing and communication
