The Position
Roche Diagnostics is looking for a Key Account Manager - Precision Diagnostics (KAMPD). This is a commercial role that involves substantial customer interaction with integration into our affiliate network. We seek a strategic partner with in-depth expertise in Precision Diagnostics (Oncology/Medical Genetics) to align with Roche’s vision and strategy.
Your Main Responsibilities:
* Plan and Implement: You will plan and implement actions to achieve agreed business objectives in the molecular oncology segment and achieve commercial success of Precision Diagnostics products such as AVENIO NGS solutions, Foundation Medicine, and Digital PCR.
* Stakeholder Interaction: You will act as the main point of contact with internal stakeholders such as Marketing, FIBO, Customer Experience, and the Healthcare Development Department.
* Customer Engagement: You will be the primary contact for the Precision Diagnostics product portfolio for specified target groups, including oncologists, top pathologists, medical geneticists, molecular biologists, and NGS experts. You will build value recognition and propose appropriate Precision Diagnostics solutions based on customer needs.
* Ecosystem Development: You will act as the point of contact for Precision Oncology ecosystem activities, including building partnerships for Molecular Tumor Board (MTB) development, CGP access solutions, RWD collection set-up, digital pathology, and data science.
* Resource Management: You will ensure focus, prioritization, and resourcing of Precision Diagnostics outcomes as part of the agreed local affiliate outcomes-based plan and strategy.
* Initiative Acceleration: You will accelerate and successfully conclude Precision Diagnostics-related initiatives and experiments through ongoing engagement and co-creation with stakeholders.
* Digital Integration: You will leverage digital channels and tools to provide meaningful customer experiences that add value to patients.
* Tender Participation: You will monitor and support participation in NGS tenders, liaising with the tender department.
* Network Collaboration: You will liaise with other Precision Diagnostics functions, stay connected and engaged with colleagues across the organization globally, within the affiliate, and with the global FMI team.

Who you are:
* Education: You hold a higher degree in health sciences (e.g., medicine, genomics, biology, etc.).
* Experience: You have expertise in commercial, access, and medical affairs roles within Oncology, Medical Genetics, and/or diagnostic markets that are potentially applicable to Next Generation Sequencing Technology.
* Customer-facing Role Experience: You possess prior work experience in customer-facing roles.
* Language Proficiency: You are fluent in Italian and English.
* Ethical Mindset: You have a strong ethical mindset and understanding of relevant compliance principles and regulations.
* Leadership: You have proven effective, agile, and fit-for-purpose leadership of cross-functional teams.
* Agile Skills: You have experience in agile ways of working and methodologies.
