The role will be part of the HR team based in Milan, responsible for Recruiting, Learning and Development, Talent Management & Employer Branding, Compensation and Benefits, Payroll, and Health and Safety.
The VIE will support team members with various tasks, including:
* Reporting and administrative duties: updating reports on head-count, training hours/training costs, employee presences/absences, and ticket restaurant reports.
* HR Database Management.
* Recruiting junior profiles, encompassing job advertising, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
* Assisting with the implementation of the training plan, managing the training calendar, and organizing in-person courses/webinars.
The VIE will actively participate in the HR department's daily activities, gaining insight into people management dynamics. The position involves frequent interactions with other bank departments to provide effective HR services in support of business functions and the Bank's strategy.
Requirements
* Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field (e.g., Economics, Law, Human Sciences, Social Sciences, Philosophy, Psychology).
* Basic knowledge of employment/labor law.
* Proficiency in Italian and English languages.
* Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications.
* Personal qualities: humility, precision, proactivity, flexibility, confidentiality, good communication skills, and teamwork spirit.
Note that proficiency in the Italian language is essential for this role.
