Job Title: HR Assistant Southern Europe F/M
Reporting line : Hierarchical, HR Manager
Date : ASAP for 6 months - Milan HQ
Department Description:
South Europe retail zone is based in Milan, and covers retail operations for all the stores of Christian Dior Couture in 7 countries: Italy, Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Greece, Cyprus, and Turkey
Directly reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Assistant will play an important role in assisting Retail and Corporate recruitments and will be in charge of transversal projects.
Missions
1. Recruitment & Selection activities
Screening CV, phone interviews, support in the organization of Assessment Centers, plan the interviews calendar, publish advertisements, lead interviews with candidates, make the link with hiring managers.
Creation of a data base for candidates interviewed, with all useful information (date, feedback, evaluation for future job opportunities, etc.)
2. Organization
Analysis and udpate of the job descriptions and job profiles.
3. Internal Communication
Support in preparing Internal Announcement, organizational communication and materials distribution to the employees (ex. Dior Mag, Dior Books, ecc.).
4. Employer Branding
Based on the Employer Branding guidelines shared with the HR Dev. Manager, schedule events/meetings with students in the Italian schools/universities.
5. Administration
Monitor temporary contract, internship deadline, ecc. Support in collecting documents and info in order to prepare hiring contracts, internship projects.
Profil
We are looking for a candidate from a validated Bachelor degree level, in Human Resources (major or minor).
You have at least one first experience as an intern in Human Resources in recruitment.
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. Proficiency in English is a must, Italian highly recommended. Other languages are a plus. High sense of organzsation and priorities. Agility is required.
