As a CBRE Facilities Coordinator, you will coordinate vendors and contractors to ensure that the facilities services are provided in line with the contractual agreement. This job is a part of the Facilities Management functional area.What You’ll Do:Responsible for FM standards and delivery through KPI's/SLA's upholding CBRE’s RISE values.Responsible for adherence to business controls and CBRE processes and procedures.Work with clients, contractors, and CBRE Account manager to ensure the implementation and respect of contractual agreements, procedures, and policies.Manage day-to-day operations of the site under the supervision of the Facilities Manager.Provide professional advice to clients on FM matters associated with the site(s).Manage suppliers who support the site(s) and establish contracts and POs.Coordinate suppliers to ensure the provision of facilities services in line with contract and service level agreements.Ensure the regular maintenance of equipment, systems, and facilities in line with the existing maintenance plan.Consult with clients to schedule preventive maintenance and other downtime to minimize business interruption and inconvenience.Oversee operations, assign work orders, and provide support to staff and subcontractors.Receive intervention requests from stakeholders (Client / CBRE).Manage all requests received in line with contractual agreements and applicable procedures.Respond quickly to emergency situations, summoning additional assistance as needed.Ensure opportunities for additional works are identified and documented for revenue generation for the company.Comply with all applicable codes, regulations, governmental agency, and Company directives related to building operations and work safety.Point of contact for escalated communications between Clients, Suppliers, and CBRE Supervisors.Review data from work order and services inspections, present performance and progress status reports to management, and make suggestions on how to improve efficiency.Coordinate client performance reviews against output on a monthly basis.Keep track of regular and ad-hoc expenses to monitor the budget.Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide the team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus.Participate in fixed and requested meetings with the Client and CBRE management.Strong communication skills (oral and written) to manage external stakeholders.Be able to converse confidently with staff, customers, and suppliers at all levels.Strong team player with a passionate customer service focus.Follow all Health Safety and Environmental requirements that are defined in work instructions or communicated in training.Ensure that all Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements are in place at site(s) within remit.Follow required emergency prevention and operational controls.Report all accidents, occupational illnesses, and emergencies.What You’ll Need:High School Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience.Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.Communication skills to exchange straightforward information.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive mindset.Basic math skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.
