Thanks to its M&A strategy (100+ companies acquired in the past 12 years), TeamSystem has steadily expanded its offerings and international footprint, entering the fintech services, e-commerce, SME rating and HR management markets. Today TeamSystem operates in Italy, Spain, Turkey, Albania and Denmark, and is actively seeking to expand its footprint into other European Counties and particularly in France.
Given the high number of acquisitions completed by TeamSystem every year, the post-merger integration process has become strategic for the Group to achieve the growth and synergies expected for each acquisition and to ensure a smooth and successful transition of the new companies and products acquired within TeamSystem ecosystem; for this reasons, a dedicated Integration Team has been created in the CEO Office in 2019, that is growing also internationally to support TeamSystem expansion strategy.
We are looking for an outstanding Integration Manager for our Strategic Projects & Integrations Team. We seek a talented candidate who will focus on the post-merger integration of new businesses within the CEO Office.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. The CEO Office plays a key role in turning the vision of TeamSystem Group into reality.
2. The Team supports the CEO, Stakeholders and Business Units in detailing and executing the strategy of TeamSystem and takes responsibility for leading and executing high impact strategic initiatives, in partnership with M&A Department and Business Unit General Management.
3. The Integration Manager will work on TeamSystem international integration strategy and will guide projects and initiatives related to the post-merger integration of the most relevant acquisitions done by TeamSystem; the Integration Manager will also be responsible of supporting the Top Management in setting the budget and in monitoring the performance of the acquired companies and of supporting the new business achieving their growth through specific projects and integration initiatives.
4. The integration projects will be cross-functional and will give the Integration Manager the opportunity to interact with many Business Units and Functions within TeamSystem and to have frequent exposure to the Top Management, in addition to managing the relationship with the acquired companies and their entrepreneurs/founders.

7. Ability to work in a structured way, setting clear goals and monitoring results; ability to organize his activities/tasks and to guide initiatives involving multi-functional teams with many colleagues
8. Ability to work in fast changing environment and attitude in driving change across the acquired companies;
9. Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills, to resolve complex situations and to find alternative and practical solutions; strategic minded;
10. Strong quantitative skills, including modelling and use of excel;
11. Strong written and verbal communication skills, including power point presentations; ability to lead/coordinate meetings with multiple participants/interactions.
REQUIREMENTS:
12. 5-6 years of experience as a Consultant in Strategy and Management Consulting Firms;
13. Alternatively, we also value experienced PMs coming from a career in Corporate organizations, with 5-6 years of experience in Strategy, Transformation, Business Development, M&A or integration of acquired businesses, familiar with working in a large organisation (e.g., working cross-functionally/departmentally) and in fast changing environments;
14. Flexibility in travelling for work (mainly in France);
15. MSc in Economics or Engineering;
16. Italian, English and French proficient knowledge.
