We are hiring an Account Manager to support the growth of Fabrick in the Italian market. We are looking for a person who is willing to scale the business, through a proactive sales approach. You will manage relationships with Fabrick’s key clients, you will be focused on cross & up-selling activities in order to ensure target revenues on the assigned portfolio. You will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and enjoy being close to sales and partnership managers as well as product and engineering teams.
What you will do :
Be the main point of contact for our most-important customers, managing a cross industry portfolio (merchants, corporates, financial institutions)
Shape, monitor and share our KPIs to our clients
Build relationships with the right stakeholders to success into the day-to-day activities
Champion product improvements and help drive to launch new features
Attending events to meet Fabrick’s clients
Work closely with executives within the business to drive sales strategy
The Ideal Candidate :
Strong business acumen and enthusiastic about working in an innovative area of finance
Knowledge of the payment/banking industry + B2B SaaS setting is recommended
Excellent communication skills
Dynamic and KPI-driven
Capable of working well under pressure
Driven to succeed both individually and as part of a team
Ability to “think-outside-the-box” and suggest changes to processes to improve efficiency
Quick to learn, understand, and explain complex concepts and products
Willing to travel, to visit other offices and to stay in regular touch with the headquarter
5 years of experience in a client facing role, working with enterprise accounts
Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline (STEM, finance or economics) or equivalent practical experience
