Leading by example, they will set the standard for all managers and team members to follow.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of the restaurant's operations, ensuring the highest standards across service, food quality, and cleanliness.Maintain full financial oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and PL management to drive profitability.Develop and implement initiatives to increase revenue.Lead with passion, integrity, and in alignment with Nobu’s philosophy.Continuously monitor and evaluate operations and staff performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance assessments to managers and team members to foster professional growth.Ensure exceptional guest experiences by maintaining high service standards and engaging with guests to exceed expectations.Enforce compliance with Nobu’s policies, procedures, and health safety regulations.Maintain expertise in the Micros POS system and ensure its effective use in daily operations.Develop and execute innovative solutions to enhance overall restaurant performance and guest satisfaction.Reports to: Hotel General ManagerRequired:Proven experience as a General Manager in a luxury hospitality environmentBilingual with strong written and verbal writing proficiency in Italian and English.Preferred:Prior FB experience in luxury HotelProven track record of career growth and performance
