Findus is a multinational company leader in the European Frozen Foods market and it is looking for a Sales Account. The Sales Account (SA), within the Sales team, will be accountable for the delivery of the target on key strategic Customers assigned in the region, aiming at expanding the category through Joint Business Plans (JBP). Activities & Responsibilities Deliver annual targets through the execution of Sales basics; Negotiate assortment and promotional plans; Strategic planning to improve customer results; Monitor sell out and collaborate with the Merchandiser's sales force; Support other departments in the Order to Cash (OTC) process; Build joint business plans including visibility projects; Develop strategic growth initiatives to ensure longer-term, sustainable growth; Track progress of what was agreed with the customer; Manage profitability through NRM principles. Minimum Requirements At least 3 - 5 years of experience in sales accounting - preferably in the FMCG sector; Cross-functional career is preferred: marketing, finance, or trade marketing in addition to sales experience; Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration; Excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong analytical skills and commercial attitude; Ability to challenge the status quo; Goal-oriented; Fluent in spoken Italian and English.
