OUTBOUND CALL CENTER AGENT
The selected resource will provide assistance and products to current and new customers.
Required Requirements:
* Diploma or Degree
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Good knowledge of main computer tools
* Good problem-solving capacity and communication with the customer
* Determination and propensity to sell
* Prior experience in the insurance sector (optional)
WORKING LOCATION: ROME
We offer a contract of coordinated and continuous collaboration, initial period of one month with possibility of extension, part-time schedule in flexible shifts from Monday to Saturday from 9:00 to 20:00. A fixed working time of 8 hours 44 minutes + commissions is provided.
