What you do
* Complete all assignments under the guidance of an Engagement Manager, ensuring adherence to project deadlines, deliverables, troubleshooting, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management.
* Support digital transformation initiatives in alignment with the Group’s strategy.
* Assist in managing technology-oriented projects, coordinating internal and external resources for the design and implementation of client deliverables.
* Lead small to mid-sized projects or project streams, supporting management consultants in presenting results to clients.
* Contribute to business development efforts, including project proposal preparation and identifying potential future client needs with the Engagement Manager.
* Facilitate client workshops and meetings to analyze business processes, system data, and key process metrics while supporting agile methodologies and strategic IT implementations.
* Conduct client-specific analysis, interpret findings, and present insights and recommendations for decision-making.
What you bring
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to apply technology solutions to core business problems, analyze complex data, draw conclusions, and summarize recommendations.
* Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for creating presentations.
* Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English, with international work or study experience.
* Experience with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner); Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP PMI) are a plus.
* Familiarity with AI, Machine Learning, Intelligent Automation, Cloud Computing, Data Transformation, and RPA, along with proven expertise in international management consulting environments.
* 1-4 years of experience in consulting firms or insurance companies, local or multinational, with a focus on Life Insurance and performance steering.
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field, with experience in one or more domains such as Insurance/Claims, Finance, Procurement, or IT Management.
