Position: Citrix Sales Manager Job Description:

We help businesses grow faster, operate efficiently, and transform in a dynamic market. We are looking for a Citrix Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team in Arrow ECS Italy.
As a Citrix Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the relations with Arrow's vendors, including Sales & Brand activity analysis, forecast, pipeline, and commit management, Vendor closing or Arrow coverage coordination.
What will you be doing at Arrow ECS?
* Develop, manage, and create the relationship between the organization and suppliers, customers, and vendors technologies, by establishing and cultivating relationships with key individuals at target companies.
* Assist with the development and execution of strategy and business development.
* Coordinate sales and marketing as assigned, to implement business development initiatives.
* Provide market intelligence; evaluate, develop, and manage market-specific sales strategies and new strategic business opportunities.
* Ensure execution to sales growth plans. Drive results through demand identification and demand creation opportunities.
* Leverage knowledge of Citrix's products and services to enhance business development efforts.
* Utilize understanding of Citrix distribution in the Italian market to drive strategic initiatives.
Job Complexity:
* Supervise the sales activities.
* Be accountable for the performance and results of a team within own discipline or function.
* Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges.
* Make decisions guided by policies, procedures, and business plan.
* Provide technical guidance to employees, colleagues, and/or customers.
* Be accountable for the budget, performance, and results.
* Address issues with impact beyond own team based on knowledge of related disciplines.
What we are looking for:
* Proven work experience in a similar position.
* Business fluency in Italian and English.
* Knowledge in Citrix products and services.
* Well-established connections' network in the local market.
* Interest in the newest technologies and IT - especially in the Cloud area.
* High level of communication skills, allowing both cooperation with the team and maintaining relations with vendors and customers.
* Understanding of Citrix distribution in the Italian market.
