**Sales Engineer Role Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team at {company}. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team-based culture.
Responsibilities:
* Manage requests for tenders from a technical and sales perspective;
* Interface with the R&D Department and Technical Office to prepare and draft technical-sales offers;
* Analyse customer requirements to offer the best solution to their needs;
* Manage the customer relationship throughout all phases of the offer;
* Research and visit new customers to develop the company's commercial portfolio;
* Organise and schedule visits to customers to promote, develop, and maintain business and partnership relations;
* Analyse customers' needs and seek consultancy solutions to meet their requirements;
* Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining the particularities of products to customers and potential customers;
* Participate in product design by providing solutions to meet customer needs;
* Manage the entire commercial process, from drafting the quotation to taking the order;
* Ensure the achievement of targets according to the company's benchmark KPIs for service and turnover;
Requirements:**
* Previous experience in the role;
* Engineering degree;
* Consolidated experience in handling business negotiations;
* Knowledge of plastics materials;
* Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English;
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, results orientation, proactivity, and effective work management and planning complete the profile.
