Nobu Milano is looking for a Sushi Chef who can satisfy customers by following the directions and recipes of the Head Sushi Chef.
Your work will be a key factor in maintaining our high level of cuisine.
The Sushi Chef will be responsible for supporting the Head Sushi Chef to prepare dishes and manage orders, with the aim of ensuring the highest quality.
Responsibilities
1. Maintain a high standard of preparation of all types of sushi, including maki, nigiri and sashimi, in accordance with the restaurant’s quality standards and the Head Sushi Chef directions
2. Ensure that food preparation, quality and presentation are met at all times under the guidance of the Head Sushi Chef
3. Ensure every dish is a masterpiece, meticulously prepared and presented to perfection
4. Work as part of a team in a constructive manner
5. Clean work areas in accordance with HACCP guidelines
Requirements
6. At least 3-years of experience in similar roles
7. Proficiency in sushi rice perfection, knife wizardry, and seafood sorcery
8. Organizational skills
9. Teamwork orientation
10. Knowledge of japanese cuisine
