Job Title: Channel Partner Manager
We're seeking a talented Channel Partner Manager to help us drive growth in the Fintech industry. As part of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new technology partners, including ISVs, SaaS providers, and referral partners.
About the Role
You will lead partnership discussions, present the value of myPOS APIs, and ensure smooth integration with ISVs through collaboration with our sales engineering team. You will play a key role in driving the growth of our partner ecosystem and supporting partners in generating sales or referrals that our Inside Sales team will convert.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify & Acquire New Technology Partners: Target and engage potential ISVs, SaaS providers, and referral partners who could benefit from myPOS's API and payment solutions.
2. Lead Partnership Discussions: Understand the specific needs of ISVs, present the value of myPOS's API and SDKs, and negotiate mutually beneficial partnerships that align with both parties' goals.
3. Facilitate API/SDK Integrations: Collaborate directly with ISVs and internal sales engineers to ensure smooth API/SDK integrations. Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to resolve integration challenges and ensure successful deployment.
4. Support Partners to Generate Sales or Referrals: Assist partners in generating sales or referrals that can be converted by the Inside Sales team. Provide tools, resources, and training to help partners succeed in selling or referring myPOS solutions.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and engineering teams to align partner feedback with product development and ensure that myPOS solutions meet partner and customer needs.
6. Performance Monitoring: Track and report on partner performance, including sales metrics, lead generation, and integration progress.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in commercial partner acquisition, business development, or sales, with a focus on ISVs, API integrations, or SaaS partnerships.
* Strong understanding of the POS market, fintech, and payment technologies.
* Solid understanding of API/SDK integrations and ability to effectively communicate technical product features to non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
* A track record of meeting or exceeding partnership acquisition and sales targets.
* Ability to work effectively across teams, including engineering, product, and marketing, to align partner needs and deliver successful outcomes.
* Fluent in Italian and English.
