Key Responsibilities
* Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
* Contact potential clients through targeted outreach efforts
* Participate in industry events and exhibitions to network and identify new business opportunities
* Conduct market research to identify potential clients, new markets, and customer needs
* Broaden our customer base by building long-term relationships with new customers
* Analyze customer and competitor data to inform business decisions
* Promote our products/services to address or predict client objectives
* Maintain focus on sales goals and track sales records and revenue
* Develop and manage strategic partnerships to drive business growth
Requirements
* Proven experience in business development management, sales, or a related field
* Effective presentation skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (e.g. Hubspot)
* Market knowledge and understanding
* A portfolio of existing clients is highly valued
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to build and maintain relationships
* Excellent time management and planning skills
* Fluency in English, Italian, and German
