The Employee, within the Operation Area, will support supervisors with all typical activities of the field. More specifically, s/he will be involved in supporting the following activities:
1. New operators training regarding company tools and systems.
2. Preparing and checking project briefings.
3. Performance, productivity, and operators quality (live) monitoring.
4. Providing feedback to the team and the Field Manager.
5. Controlling and managing possible problems in order to improve project development.
6. Open Ends spellchecking (according to project different languages) and providing operators feedback about them in order to improve their quality.
7. Extra Task team management for the following activities: language adaptation; open end listening, selection, spellchecking, and translation.
Requirements:
A qualified applicant will fulfill the following requirements:
1. Fluent English.
2. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
3. Problem-solving skills.
4. Good listening and teamwork skills.
