A leading FashionLuxury company is looking for a figure to join the Marketing Communication department, specifically for the position of Head of Marketing Communication who will perform all tasks related to this role, reporting to the AD and the General Manager within the Group.In this role, the candidate will lead the Marketing and Communication team and will mainly be responsible for defining, developing, and implementing the marketing and communication strategy with the goal of increasing Brand awareness in the global market within the Fashion Luxury world.The position covers all marketing and communication aspects, including Press strategy, Media, Digital, Social Media, CRM, Events planning and execution, Retail marketing and Trade Marketing support.Main activities:Definition of the and long-term, medium and short-term marketing and communication strategy across all business units.Definition of the yearly marketing budgets in accordance to the yearly marketing plans Implementation of activities in line with the agreed strategy and according to the budget.Planning and execution of events aimed at promoting the Brand and supporting the distribution and sale of the product on the Wholesale channel at a global level. The events include Fashion Shows which are part of the official fashion week calendar including guest attendance, VIP Celebrities engagement, press and media reach as well as Social media.CRM: Acquisition retention strategy for digital platform; retail Marketing activation for BricksMorter store and multi-channel CRM strategy.Managing all Creative content assets shots, ADV campaign, Looks books, e-commerce assets, etc.Liaising with internal Key Stakeholders such as creative director, Commercial sales teams, operations key figures within the organization.Liaising with external stakeholders such as Fashion councils, trade fairs.Development of Strategic Partnerships Institutional relations.Coordination and management of the dedicated team.Candidate profileMinimum 4 years experience in senior marketing position for leading fashion/retail companiesMinimum 10 years total experience in marketing related workA solid background in marketing and communication exclusively within the Fashion Luxury sector is required.Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to coordinate and manage a team.Multitasking abilities and accustomed to working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Excellent knowledge of the English language.Contract: permanent Compensation: in accordance with experienceWorking hours: full-timeWork location: Milan
