EDI is looking for Personal Assistant to the CEO to join our creative team.
The selected candidate, as a Personal Assistant, will be responsible for coordinating and assisting the CEO in all activities related to scheduling appointments, handling cross-functional administrative tasks, and providing comprehensive support on all priorities related to company and personal management.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Manages the professional/personal agenda;
* Handles electronic and paper correspondence;
* Organizes internal and external meetings;
* Oversees Travel Management activities (business trips/travel/expense reports);
* Welcomes and maintains professional relationships with guests and clients;
* Supports the team in relationships with suppliers, clients, and collaborators;
* When necessary, in the absence of the Office Manager, handles reception services: welcoming clients, providing information to guests and clients, guiding them within the company, sorting mail, incoming emails, and phone calls;
* Acts as a promoter of the company's values, representing and advancing them in daily activities.
Previous Work Experience and Education
* At least 1 year of experience as an executive secretary, personal assistant, executive assistant, or office manager supporting top management of dynamic entrepreneurial contexts.
Requirements
* Excellent command of the English language;
* Ability to work towards objectives and priorities both independently and in a team;
* Advanced computer skills (Mac and Windows);
* Proficiency in using CRM systems;
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
* Precision, reliability, and confidentiality;
* Strong organizational, executive and problem-solving skills;
* Aptitude for working in dynamic and informal work environments;
* Ability to coordinate people by dividing workloads;
* Structured and international orientation.
