About the role:
In TDSYNNEX Italy we are looking for three Sales Specialists in different Business Units:
1. Sales Specialist - Cyber security
2. Sales Specialist - Hybrid Cloud/VMware
3. Sales Specialist - HR Cloud Solutions/Factorial (Temporary Contract)
4. Sales Specialist - Lenovo PC (Temporary Contract) :
The Sales Specialist in TDSYNNEX is someone experienced in generating new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers and in having a general conversation around a solution/product area ; always in the direction of achieving monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets.

RESPONSABILITIES:
5. Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts
6. Engages in active inside selling by using a number of different sources to gain information on customers and utilises this to maximise call potential and outcomes
7. Manages customer backorder along specialist knowledge and engages in “intelligent project fishing”
8. Manages project end-to-end or hands over to pre sales for technical requirements
9. Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions
10. Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements with customers
11. Attainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) such as customer engagement
12. Develops partner relationship (incl. account planning, cross-selling etc.)
13. Identifies project opportunities and engages with BDMs if specific product/ vendor knowledge is required
14. Drives sales of specific products / vendors if specific knowledge is required
15. Provides accurate and timely quotations (SMB Managed (AS), SP/ E-Var/ SI segment, Specialists (IBM), entire AS BUs)
16. Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX’s CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunities
17. Manage customer backorder expectations and reporting
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
18. 2-3 years of experience
19. Numerate with good attention to detail
20. Excellent telephone manner and Effective Communication Skills
21. Priority management and planning skills
22. Strive to achieve set targets
23. Understands Sales Process
24. Ideal candidates will have previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM
25. IT industry knowledge would be desirable but not essential
